Govt plans to raise statutory debt limit to 60 pct of GDP

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 7 — The Finance Ministry is seeking to raise the country's statutory debt limit to 60 per cent of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) from 55 per cent at present.
